Providing a supportive environment for people with sensory processing challenges and for those with young children, this shortened, sensory-friendly holiday performance picks up the story at the beginning of act two of George Balanchine’s The Nutcracker®. Enjoy a relaxed environment with lighting and sound modifications, entry/exit privileges, and an understanding that patrons may move, vocalize, and bring comfort items to feel at ease in the theater.

We've created a simple guide (also called a social story) to help children and first time theater goers know what to expect at this special sensory friendly performance. You can view it here!
